soft tissue being in the space under-acromial
(the acromion constitutes part of the scapula
which one perceives at the top of the shoulder)
;
the tendons crossing in this space and which
govern the rotational movements of the
shoulder (three, they constitute the muscles
of the cap of the rotators).
It acts of the wear of the
cartilage of the articulation of the shoulder
made up on a side by the head of the humerus and
other side by articular surface of the scapula
(called glene).
Apart from traumatic attacks,
the elbow can be the origin of symptoms such as
swarmings or prickles in the ring finger and the
little finger by compression of the cubital nerve
in its crossing of the elbow.
The exemple of affection often
met in consultation : The disease of Dupuytren
/ Retraction of aponevrotic tissue of the hand.
Anatomical structures such as the tendons which
make one’s way in the hand are separated
by partitions. Those which are between the flexor
tendons and skin (which “fold” the
fingers) retract and form true cords in the palm
of the hand moving towards the fingers.
