This diagnosis will
be confirmed by an examination which is called the electromyogram.
The treatment consists in carrying out infiltrations
in the not very advanced forms. On the contrary, if
it is about a severe form, it is advisable to resort
to the surgery whose principle consists in releasing
the cubital nerve which is compressed in its crossing
of a channel which is in inside of the elbow (gutter
épitrochléo-olécranienne).
The cubital nerve is located
in top of
the way initially then dissected right through
until in bottom of the way initially.
On this sight, the nerve,
surrounded by a
lacquer, is completely released; it will be
transferred in front of the elbow in order to
be slackened in the movements of the elbow.
